幾次下廚煎魚排牛排時，遭到高溫油水噴濺劇痛不已。當下使用本技術，立即舒緩痛感，持續使用約2分鐘，就完全不痛，且無腫脹無水泡。相比以往經驗，會持續疼痛腫脹好幾天，即使使用醫用燙傷藥膏，依然無法改善。

"While frying fish fillets and steaks in the kitchen, I experienced intense pain from hot oil splashing several times. After immediately using this technology, the pain was immediately relieved. 在家中準備火鍋等待先生回家用晚膳，不慎遭到滾水潑濺燙傷，趕緊拿紗布濕敷後，很神奇的是，痛感真的瞬間降低，接下來沒幾分鐘後竟然就完全不痛了。以前每次燙到都會痛好幾天，沖水也很難緩解。

While preparing hot pot at home, waitingfor my husband to come home for dinner, I accidentally got scalded by splashing boiling water. I quickly grabbed a wet cloth and applied it to the burn, and it was truly amazing that the pain instantly reduced. After just a few minutes, the pain completely disappeared. In the past, whenever I got burned, the pain would last for several days, and even running water couldn't provide much relief.

發展為家庭常備品，無論是主婦或是小朋友，在不慎燙傷的第一時間，都可以立即取得使用，幫助患部快速趨熱，避免水泡傷口形成，減少傷燙傷帶來的威脅。燒燙傷第一時間應遵行『沖脫泡蓋送』(參考世界衛生組織標準燒燙傷處理程序)，『沖』時將本技術所產生的水，用以替代一般自來水，降溫速度更加快速。

目前我們透過法人與善心民眾的認購，將產品透過公益團隊送往東南亞與中美洲發展相對落後地區家庭中。
 

2023年度公益合作夥伴與計畫：

• 屏東靜和書院 (2023年東南亞120,000戶) – 靜和書院是芙薾合作夥伴之一，靜和書院團隊志工們積極深入東南亞偏鄉地區，提供基礎民生物資與衛生教育。2023年上半年度芙薾投入支持靜和白米扶貧計畫，至今累計捐助250包白米。我們計畫於下半年度與靜和團隊合作，提供120,000組超微分子液體給東南亞地區家庭。
• 中南美洲華僑商會 (2024年中南美洲120,000戶) – 一群善心華人企業家在中南美洲拓展事業版圖的同時，也注意到這裡有醫療資源分配不均的情況。號召眾人集資設立醫院，提供許多免費醫療服務，如婦產科接生、嬰幼兒照護、傳染病防治宣導等。

Phase I

Developmentas a household essential. Whether it's housewives or children, they can immediately access and use the product in the event of accidental burns or scalds. It helps the affected area to rapidly heat up, prevents the formation of blisters, and reduces the threats posed by burns and scalds. The first step in the treatment of burns and scalds is "flushing" (referring to the World Health Organization's standard procedure for burn and scald management). During the "flushing" stage, the water produced by our technology, known as "super micro-molecule water," is used instead of tap water, allowing for faster cooling.

Currently, through corporate and public subscriptions, we distribute the product to families in underdeveloped regions in Southeast Asia and Central America through our charity team.

2023 Welfare Partners and Projects:

• Pingtung Jinghe Academy (120,000 households in Southeast Asia in 2023) - Jinghe Academy is one of the partners of FUE. The volunteer team of Jinghe Academy actively goes deep into rural areas in Southeast Asia, providing basic living necessities and health education. In the first half of 2023, FUE has supported the Jinghe Rice Assistance Program, donating a total of 250 bags of rice. We plan to collaborate with the Jinghe team in the second half of the year to provide 120,000 sets of ultrafine molecular liquid to families in Southeast Asia.
• Central and South American Chinese Chamber of Commerce (120,000 households in Central and South America in 2024) - A group of compassionate Chinese entrepreneurs who expand their business in Central and South America have also noticed the unequal distribution of medical resources in these areas. They have called on everyone to raise funds and establish hospitals to provide free medical services such as obstetrics, infant care, and infectious disease prevention and education.

目前生產超微分子液體的成本相當高昂，我們仍在可以規模化生產的可行性測試，以供應大規模使用需求，未來計畫作為消防車滅火用水、救護車內配備降溫系統。

Phase II

Currently, the production cost of super-micro molecular liquid is quite high. We are still conducting feasibility tests for large-scalem production to meet the demand for extensive usage. In the future, we plan to use it as firefighting water in fire trucks and equip cooling systems in ambulances.

通過臨床試驗成為醫療用品，在醫院中使用。本技術有傷口止血、消菌、止痛、加速傷口癒合等功能，截至目前為止有多個療癒案例。

• 【止痛】斯里蘭卡省長太太與省長先生來台灣參加農業投資會議，在會議前腹部劇痛，使用噴霧後立即止痛。
• 【止痛、加速修復】新北市詹姓老先生在家中雙腿不慎遭滾水燙傷，雖未產生水泡與開放性傷口，但是燙傷部位嚴重腫脹疼痛並脫皮，使用本技術後立即舒緩疼痛，並且恢復速度相對未使用的部位更加快速。
• 【文明病乾眼症】世界馳名精品設計師，由於高強度的設計工作導致乾眼症纏身，使用醫師開立眼藥水未能療癒，使用我們技術12天後完全改善。
• 【傷口癒合】廣東李姓台商手術後自行使用本技術，原傷口癒合速度提前約2周，回診時主治醫師與執刀醫師皆感詫異。

Phase III

Become a medical product through clinical trials for use in hospitals. This technology has functions such as wound hemostasis, sterilization, pain relief, and accelerated wound healing. There have been multiple healing cases reported to date.

Regardingthe effects of hemostasis, antibacterial properties, pain relief, and accelerated wound healing, they need to undergo clinical trials and obtain approval as medical products before they can be advertised and legally used in the medical field. The following cases are not for promotional purposes but only serve as supplementary information for investors and the general public to better understand our team's goals, vision, and mission, and why we are committed to promoting this technology:

• [Pain Relief] The wife and husband of the Sri Lankan Governor experienced severe abdominal pain before attending an agricultural investment conference in Taiwan. After using the spray, the pain immediately subsided.
• [Pain Relief and Accelerated Recovery] Mr. Zhan from New Taipei City accidentally scalded his legs with boiling water at home. Although no blisters or open wounds appeared, the scalded area was severely swollen, painful, and peeling. After using this technology, the pain was immediately relieved, and the recovery speed was faster compared to the untreated area.
• [Dry Eye Syndrome] A world-renowned designer suffering from dry eye syndrome due to intensive design work. The prescribed eye drops did not provide relief, but after using our technology for 12 days, the condition completely improved.
• [Wound Healing] Mr. Li, a Taiwanese businessman from Guangdong, used our technology on his own after surgery. The wound healed approximately two weeks earlier than expected, surprising both the attending physician and surgeon during the follow-up visit.
